EG-bay is a new Egyptian shopping comuunity.

2. Is it free?
Joining the community, buying and selling, all basic features are totally free. But you will have to pay if you want more features like flash ads or featured items.

3. Can I buy anything from the site?
This site is based on a shopping community. You can contact other users like you who would like to buy or sell their used stuff directly.

4. Can I find new items on this website?
It depends on the seller. Most items shown are used items unless indicated by the seller.

5. Why isn't my favourite category listed?
You can contact us about this and we will add any category needed.

6. I contacted the user, but he didn't agree to sell me the item.Why?
Thats the responsibilty of the user alone .. he can accept or decline any transaction for any reason

7. Are the feedback for each user correct?
Feedbacks are posted from user to user and we are not held responsible for any feedback. Check the users who gave him/her the feedback. And try to read the comments not just the score.

8. Can I post feedback about a user i know or help a friend raise his feedback level?
Posting a feedback is based on selling / buying experience. Fake deals, flaming or such fraud will result in banning.
